What we collect

Browsing the site requires no account. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages visited) for security and performance. If you submit the quote form, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, ZIP code, city, state, whether you own or rent, your timeline and any notes, along with the time, your IP address, browser user agent and the consent wording you agreed to.

How we use it

Quote requests are used to connect you with up to three local installation companies for the service you selected, and to keep a record of your consent. We do not sell other personal information and do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

Sharing

We share quote requests with installers as described above, with service providers who help us operate the site (such as email delivery and hosting), and when required by law.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. To have your quote request deleted or to withdraw consent, email hello@tapandair.com. Residents of some states have additional rights to access or delete their information; contact us to exercise them.

Affiliate links

When you click an affiliate link, the retailer (for example Amazon) may set cookies to credit the referral. Their privacy policies apply on their sites.
